Young American Youth Advancement Services (YAYAS) is a non-profit organization, originally established to help youth sports programs improve and maintain their playing fields. Through our involvment, the needs of these groups and the children they support became evident to us. We chose to get more involved. As a result, we re-defined our services and expanded our program reach to include all area youth programs, with a focus on providing additional support for at-risk and developmentally challenged kids in the community.
As a full-service management and consulting organization, we specialize in field maintenance, design planning, tournament and event management, program development and referral assistance, dedicated to the continued advancement of youth activities through revitalization of existing parks and playing fields, as well as construction and development of new handicap-accessible fields and park facilities.
We believe we can open activities and opportunities to kids who may not have had the chance to participate, otherwise.
What we strive to offer is a central location for ALL youth programs in the Butler, Warren and Preble County areas to access resources, obtain design assistance and develop effective program events and fundraising opportunities. Rather than focus on operating as another separate youth program, YAYAS will help existing groups enhance the success of their activities and provide safe, efficient and effective programs and facilities for all participants. Consulting services will provide strategies such as improving curb appeal, ADA compliance, event management, fundraising strategies and leadership resource development.
Our goal is to support at-risk youth by assisting local programs to organize successful events and fund-raising activities, as well as provide safe, accessible facilities for all participants.
